AWIN Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions
Threshers is a leading online alcohol and beverage e-commerce platform selling over 3,000 products. We sell a wide selection of wines, rums, gins, whiskies, vodkas, champagnes, etc from all over the world at competitive prices.
Why Work with Threshers?
- www.threshers.co.uk are keen to work with affiliates to promote certain products within our portfolio.

- We offer a gift wrap and messaging service subject to charge
- The commission www.threshers.co.uk can offer will be set between 1-10% depending on the product type and quantities held.
Paid Search Activity (PPC)
- Affiliates working with Threshers are not permitted to bid on or use www.threshers.co.uk brand terms/key words unless they obtain prior written approval.
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding or registering on related brand terms/key words (or variants/misspellings) in all search engines or similar services. Brand terms include, but are not limited to the following:
- “Threshers”
- “Thresher”
- “www.threshers.co.uk/com/net”
- “Threshers UK”
- “Threshers Alcohol/Wine/Booze”
- “Victoria Wine”
- “Bottoms Up”
- “The Local”
- Affiliates working with www.threshers.co.uk will require formal permission to use any associated trademarks or domain names and any such use (subject to permission) is limited to the purposes of the affiliate programme.
- Affiliates are prohibited from copying URL’s, pop-ups, overlay or use www.threshers.co.uk in unauthorised channels without obtaining prior written approval. They are also restricted from registering any domain/sub-domain using brand terms or similar.
Voucher Code/Coupon/Promotion
- Affiliates are only permitted to promote voucher codes/coupons/promotions/discount codes, etc authorised through AWIN.
- Any affiliates promoting unauthorised voucher codes/coupons/promotions/discount codes, etc will be immediately suspended from the programme and the transaction(s) will be declined.
- Affiliates must be aware that www.threshers.co.uk reserves the right(s) of the following:
- Decline any sales associated with any unauthorised voucher codes/coupons /promotions/discount codes, etc.
- Right to withdraw voucher codes/coupons/promotions/discount codes, etc at any time and without giving prior notice.
- Right to withhold payment of commission on any affiliate related sale if there is suspicion of activity by an affiliate that does not comply with terms and conditions.
- Right to change any of the clauses within the terms and conditions at any time without giving prior warning.
