Branding GuidelinesTo ensure a consistent, accurate, and professional representation of our brand across all channels, all affiliates must follow these guidelines:
1. Brand Name & Logo Usage
- Use our brand name exactly as provided — including correct capitalization, spelling, and punctuation.
- Do not abbreviate, alter, or create variations of the brand name.
- Only use official logos and creative assets provided through Awin or directly by our program.
- Logos must not be modified in color, proportions, or design, and must remain high resolution.
2. Creative Assets
- Only program-approved creatives may be used. We regularly pre-load approved banners, images, and coupon codes in the Awin interface.
- Affiliates must replace outdated creatives within 7 days of being notified.
- Any self-created promotional materials (ads, graphics, videos, landing pages) must receive written approval before use.
3. Messaging & Content
- All product descriptions, prices, and promotions must match the most recent information provided by our program.
- Affiliates may not make any health, medical, or therapeutic claims unless those claims are provided or explicitly approved by our program.
- Affiliates may not use fabricated endorsements, including false or stock images of doctors, healthcare professionals, or celebrities, to promote our products.
- All statements must be truthful, substantiated, and compliant with applicable advertising and regulatory requirements.
- No misleading, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims may be made.
- Content should align with our brand tone: professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
- Comparisons with competitors must be factual, fair, and supported by verifiable data.
4. Placement & Environment
- Our brand may not be promoted alongside adult content, illegal activities, or other age-restricted or harmful products/services.
- Affiliates may not place our offers in environments that could damage our reputation.
5. Restricted Practices
- No brand bidding without prior written approval.
- No unauthorized coupon codes or expired offers may be promoted.
- No use of our brand name in domain names, social media handles, or accounts without approval.
6. Compliance
- All promotions must comply with applicable advertising laws, privacy regulations, and disclosure requirements (including FTC guidelines).
- We reserve the right to request immediate removal of non-compliant content or placements. Repeated or serious violations may result in commission reversal or removal from the program.
