BusinessAnywhere.io Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By applying to and participating in the BusinessAnywhere.io affiliate program via ShareASale or accessing affiliate links through any partner, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These rules are intended to maintain ethical promotion practices, protect our brand, and ensure fairness across all affiliates.
1. Program Overview
This agreement sets forth the terms governing your participation in BusinessAnywhere.io’s affiliate marketing program. Affiliates will earn commissions for qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The Company reserves the right to reject applications or terminate affiliate accounts at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Enrollment and Promotion Guidelines
Upon acceptance into the program via ShareASale, affiliates will be provided with tracking links and marketing materials to promote the following services:
Business Registration Services
Registered Agent Service
Virtual Mailbox Service
Online Notary Service
Other services available on https://businessanywhere.io
Affiliates must use these materials responsibly and in compliance with the guidelines outlined below.
3. Use of Trademarks and Brand Assets
Affiliates must not use BusinessAnywhere.io’s trademarks, URLs, misspellings, extensions, or variations thereof in any form to manipulate traffic or create misleading ads. The following rules apply:
PPC and Media Buys
Affiliates MUST NOT bid on our trademarks or variations thereof in PPC, media buys, or content networks.
Add "BusinessAnywhere" and related terms to your negative keywords list.
If we detect your ads using prohibited keywords, you must provide screenshots within 2 business days upon request.
During this investigation, commissions may be temporarily set to zero or reversed. If verified that no trademark infringement occurred, commissions will be restored at the sole discretion of the affiliate manager.
Social Media Advertising
Affiliates are prohibited from using BusinessAnywhere.io’s name or branding as hashtags or creating accounts representing the Company.
You may not post links to BusinessAnywhere.io accounts or profiles without written permission.
Affiliates must not tag or link to our social media profiles without prior approval from the affiliate manager.
4. Coupon and Loyalty Site Restrictions
Affiliates operating coupon or loyalty websites must adhere to the following policies:
Expired Codes: Affiliates must not promote expired discount codes.
Non-Affiliate Codes: Only codes provided within the affiliate network may be promoted.
Non-Existent Deals: Affiliates may not advertise deals that do not exist within the affiliate program.
Posting to Unauthorized Properties: You may only promote codes on your own websites or social media channels in compliance with these terms.
Exclusive Codes: Affiliates must not use codes intended for exclusive partners or influencers. Unauthorized use of such codes will result in commission reversal and removal from the program.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in the immediate reversal of commissions and termination of your affiliate account.
5. Prohibited Software and Advertising Practices
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using adware, toolbars, or downloadable software to promote BusinessAnywhere.io products without explicit written permission. This includes but is not limited to:
PPV (pay-per-view) advertising
Coupon ware, reminder ware, or loyalty ware
Contextual ads, browser helper objects, or browser extensions
Any form of software that interrupts the user experience or manipulates shopping behavior
Violations will result in the immediate suspension of your affiliate account and the reversal of all commissions.
6. Affiliate Commissions and Payment
Affiliates will earn commissions based on net sales generated through their affiliate links.
Commissions are calculated on the sale amount, excluding refunds, taxes, and fees.
Payments will follow ShareASale’s payout schedule, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.
7. Legal Compliance and Disclaimers
Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws when promoting BusinessAnywhere.io products. Specifically:
Disclaimers: Affiliates must include appropriate disclaimers when promoting restricted or regulated products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco, nicotine).
Global Compliance: Disclaimers must comply with the legal requirements of the U.S., EU, and any countries where the affiliate’s audience resides.
Non-Compliance: Failure to follow these protocols will result in immediate removal from the program and reversal of commissions.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use BusinessAnywhere.io’s trademarks and marketing materials solely for promoting our services. All materials remain the property of BusinessAnywhere.io and must be used in compliance with this agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
BusinessAnywhere.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from participation in the affiliate program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates and BusinessAnywhere.io are independent contractors. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
BusinessAnywhere.io reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued participation in the program after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination:
The affiliate must immediately cease using all BusinessAnywhere.io promotional materials.
All affiliate links must be removed from websites and other promotional channels.
13. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
