By accepting to join Perfect eSight Affiliates Program as an Affiliate, you firmly accept and agrees to the “Affiliate Agreement” published by ShareASale and updated from time to time, and to the following highlighted terms:
1. No PCC (Pay Per Click) biding allowed on any of Perfect eSight names, domain(s), brand(s), or any combination of words that uses the name of “Perfect eSight”, “Perfect-eSight” or “Felzo”.
2. The Affiliate fully responsible and solo owner of any costs related to executing, maintaining, or marketing incurred of being member of Perfect eSight Affiliate Program.
3. Commissions will be paid to Affiliate based on materialized purchase of any Perfect eSight products, and based on gross sales price, not including any sales taxes, shipping fees and any payment to Perfect eSight done by the customer, which is not a purchase of Perfect eSight product.
4. Commission paid to Affiliate is as indicated by Perfect eSight at ShareASale network and may be subject to updates from time to time and may vary between different Affiliates.
5. Returning product by end customer leading to Refund (as defined at Perfect eSight Return Policy) or canceled orders (by any mean) or customer asking for Refund will be considered as none-purchase action and will cancel the commission to the Affiliate.
6. Affiliate shall not use any paid search engine as a promotion method.
7. Affiliate shall not use any Unsuitable Sites, such:
7.1. Promoting any kind of pornography.
7.2. Promoting Illegal sexual acts.
7.3. Promoting violence of any kind.
7.4. Promoting any type of illegal activities or intended to harass or defame any person.
7.5. Promoting discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, disability sexual orientation or age.
7.6. Violating direct or indirect competitor or any third-party intellectual property.
