Lybethras Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Lybethras Affiliate Program hosted on Awin! These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in our affiliate program ("Program"). By signing up through Awin, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Program Overview
As a Lybethras affiliate, you will earn a 10% commission on the net sale value (excluding returns, VAT, shipping fees, and discounts) for every successful sale generated through your unique tracking link provided by Awin.
2. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: 10% of the final sale amount (net of taxes, shipping, and returns).
Cookie Duration: 30 days.
Attribution Model: Last-click within cookie window.
Commissions are only awarded on completed, non-refunded purchases.
Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions will not qualify for commissions.
3. Affiliate Requirements
Affiliates are expected to:
Promote Lybethras in a professional, accurate, and honest manner.
Avoid misleading claims or false advertising.
Only use approved creatives and materials provided through Awin or Lybethras.
Not bid on our branded keywords (e.g., “Lybethras”, “Lybethras swimwear”) in paid search campaigns.
Not use spam, misleading pop-ups, or forced redirects to drive traffic.
4. Prohibited Activities
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the program for:
Using unauthorized or misleading advertising.
Promoting on adult, offensive, or illegal content platforms.
Violating intellectual property laws or third-party rights.
Engaging in click fraud or cookie stuffing.
Using coupon or discount code sites not pre-approved by Lybethras.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed by Awin in accordance with their payment schedule and terms.
Lybethras is not responsible for payment delays or processing errors managed by Awin.
Commission will only be paid on approved transactions, which have passed the return/refund window (typically 30 days post-purchase).
6. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Terminate or suspend any affiliate account at any time for breach of these terms.
Modify the terms, commission rates, or terminate the program at our sole discretion with reasonable notice via Awin.
7. Use of Brand
Affiliates may only use Lybethras’ trademarks, logos, and brand assets as provided through Awin or directly from Lybethras. Unauthorized use or modification is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lybethras shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lybethras operates (Brazil and/or applicable international laws).
10. Acceptance
By applying to or continuing in the Lybethras Affiliate Program via Awin, you confirm your agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
