Intellectual Property Rights
Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of Boogie Bounce.
Such rights include trademarks and service marks, copyright and related rights, trade names and domain names, rights to goodwill or to use in passing off and rights in confidential information.
Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder or as any part of affiliate site URLs without explicit written permission. This condition includes misspellings, abbreviations and hybrids as above.

Affiliates are not permitted to have paid ads appearing on searches for any Boogie Bounce speicifc terms. This includes exact match brand (e.g. Boogie Bounce or Boogie Bounce Trampoline), brand misspellings, abbreviations, and extended brand hybrids (e.g. Boogie Bounce vouchers)
