Gotucream Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in promoting Gotucream through the AWIN Affiliate Network. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Overview
The Gotucream Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions for valid sales generated through tracked referral links provided via AWIN. All tracking, reporting, and payments are managed by AWIN in accordance with their platform policies.
2. Commissions
Affiliates earn a commission on eligible sales referred through approved affiliate links. Commission rates, structures, and approval processes may change at our discretion without prior notice. Commissions are validated and paid via the AWIN network after the order is confirmed and any applicable return or refund period has expired.
3. Tracking and Attribution
All referrals are tracked via AWIN’s tracking technology. A sale will only be attributed if the user completes the purchase through a valid affiliate link within the active cookie period defined by AWIN. No manual adjustments will be made for untracked or expired cookies.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Gotucream in a truthful, ethical, and compliant manner.
Prohibited practices include (but are not limited to):
- Misleading or false claims, including unverified medical or therapeutic claims.
- Use of unauthorized coupons, cashback, or voucher codes.
- Bidding on Gotucream-branded terms or variations in search engines.
- Sending unsolicited email (spam) or posting in unrelated online communities.
- Using content, imagery, or trademarks in a way that implies official endorsement without prior written permission.
5. Content and Brand Use
Affiliates may use official Gotucream product images, text, and marketing assets provided through AWIN or our media kit. Any custom creatives must represent the product accurately and align with our brand identity and messaging.
6. Termination
Gotucream reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time, without prior notice, for breach of these terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the brand. Commissions from fraudulent, canceled, or refunded transactions will not be paid.
7. Modification of Terms
Gotucream may modify these Terms & Conditions or the affiliate program structure at any time. Continued participation in the program after any changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Legal and Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws, data protection regulations, and AWIN network policies. This includes clear disclosure of affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines and local regulations.
