Paid Search & Brand Protection
Publishers are not permitted to run any paid search activity, including brand bidding, generic bidding, direct linking, or comparison shopping ads.
The use of “Laurel Canyon Tennis Club,” “Laurel Canyon Tennis,” or any brand variations/misspellings in ads, ad copy, URLs, or metadata is strictly prohibited.
Publishers must add all brand terms as negative keywords.
Coupon & Discount Code Policy
Only official, pre-approved Laurel Canyon Tennis Club codes may be promoted.
Publishers may not create or promote unauthorized coupon codes, leaked codes, scraped codes, or expired codes.
“Deal” or “promo code” bidding is not allowed.
Email Marketing
All email activity must be opt-in only and fully compliant with CAN-SPAM/GDPR.
No unsolicited emails, list rental, co-registration, or purchased email lists are permitted.
Prohibited Traffic Types
The following promotion types are not allowed in the program:
Cashback / loyalty rewards
Paid search (brand or non-brand)
Behavioral retargeting
Programmatic or media broker activity
Toolbar traffic, browser extensions, or any forced redirects
Incentivized clicks or artificially generated traffic
Brand Safety
Publishers may not promote on sites containing adult, offensive, violent, political, or otherwise inappropriate content.
All creative must accurately represent Laurel Canyon Tennis Club’s brand, tone, and product offering.
Order Validation & Commission Integrity
Commissions will not be paid on:
Canceled orders
Returned items
Duplicate orders
Fraudulent or high-risk transactions
Chargebacks
Orders involving unauthorized discount codes
Any activity that breaches these program terms
General Compliance
Laurel Canyon Tennis Club reserves the right to remove or decline any publisher who does not comply with these terms or who does not represent the brand appropriately.
**Coupon and deal publishers may be subject to reduced commission rates or zero commission at the advertiser’s discretion.
