MomMed Affiliate Programme Terms
1. Participation Requirements
To participate in the MomMed affiliate referral program:
Affiliates must complete and submit the registration form to MomMed.
Upon approval, applicants are immediately eligible to join the program.
Participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by MomMed and may be revoked at any time without prior notice.
MomMed reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at our sole discretion if your website is deemed unsuitable. Unsuitable websites include those that:
Promote illegal activities
Feature sexually explicit content
Advocate for violence
Discriminate based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Violate intellectual property rights
Are otherwise inconsistent with the best interests of MomMed
This agreement applies only to affiliate-owned and managed websites specified in the registration form. Affiliate links may not be placed on unregistered websites.
2. General Rules
All affiliate statistics are calculated solely by the MomMed official marketing team and are final.
You may not represent yourself as an official representative of mommed.com.
SPAM promotion is strictly forbidden. Offending accounts will be removed with no commission payouts.
You may not modify or copy mommed.com in any form.
Do not alter MomMed trademarks or logos (proportions, colors, fonts).
The MomMed logo may not be used as a profile image, header, or site logo.
Fraudulent activities (e.g., using bots, iframes, scripts, or manually refreshing pages to inflate commissions) are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and voided commissions.
Promotion on sites with libelous, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
Use of black-hat methods such as DNS hijacking or domain hijacking is not allowed.
3. PPC Policy (Pay-Per-Click)
PPC advertising on any search engine is strictly prohibited.
You may not use PPC to link directly to mommed.com.
Bidding on our trademark, including misspellings and variations (e.g., "MomMed", "Mom Med"), is forbidden.
Bidding on trademark+ terms like "MomMed discounts", "MomMed coupons", or "MomMed coupon code" is also strictly prohibited.
Violation of the PPC policy will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and cancellation of all commissions, with no possibility of negotiation.
