Welcome to the Damond Motorsports Affiliate Program. We’re excited to partner with individuals and brands who share our passion for performance, quality, and authentic automotive culture.
Damond Motorsports is a performance-driven automotive brand built by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. Every product we offer is engineered, tested, and trusted in real-world street and track conditions. Our affiliate program is intended for partners who genuinely align with our brand values and actively promote products they believe in.
By applying to and participating in the Damond Motorsports Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following general terms.
Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent partners. This program does not create an employment, agency, or exclusive relationship. Participation does not guarantee earnings, traffic, or conversions.
Affiliate Expectations
Affiliates are expected to promote Damond Motorsports in a professional, honest, and good-faith manner. This includes:
Accurately representing our products and brand
- Making a reasonable effort to actively promote Damond Motorsports
- Using clear affiliate disclosures where required
- Maintaining content and conduct that aligns with our brand values
- Accounts that show extended inactivity or lack of meaningful promotion may be paused or removed.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in activities that include, but are not limited to:
- Misleading, deceptive, or false advertising
- Spam, fake reviews, or unethical traffic sources
- Unauthorized use of Damond Motorsports trademarks, logos, or assets
- Violations of intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or applicable regulations
- Attempts to manipulate clicks, tracking, commissions, or attribution
Marketing & Promotions
Affiliates may promote Damond Motorsports via websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other approved channels using provided links, assets, or approved custom content.
Affiliates may not imply an official partnership, sponsorship, or exclusive relationship unless explicitly approved.
Paid Advertising (PPC)
Affiliates may not bid on the Damond Motorsports brand or trademarked keywords, domain names, or close variations thereof without written approval.
Use of Damond Motorsports trademarks in ad copy, display URLs, or paid search ads is not permitted unless approved.
Commissions & Tracking
Commissions are earned on qualifying, completed sales tracked through approved affiliate links or codes.
Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or self-initiated purchases do not qualify for commissions. Please see the commissions tab for details.
While we strive for accurate tracking, Damond Motorsports cannot guarantee error-free attribution in all circumstances.
Program Enforcement
Damond Motorsports reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts, adjust commissions, or remove participants from the program at any time for violations of these terms, inactivity, or conduct that does not align with the spirit of the program.
Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions only while in good standing.
Program Changes
Damond Motorsports may update or modify the affiliate program, commission structure, or these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
