Welcome to the Laifen Affiliate Program. Before joining our program or commencing marketing activities related to our program, please carefully review the following affiliate terms and conditions.
Approval Process:
Kindly allow 1-3 business days for your application to undergo review. While we retain the right to decline any application, we encourage you to reach out if you believe we have made an incorrect decision.
Publisher Restrictions:
As an affiliate of Laifen, you are prohibited from:
- Promoting violence, illegal activities, sexually explicit materials, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
- Promoting content deemed inconsistent with the best interests of Laifen.
- Violating any law, rule, or regulation.
- Infringing on our intellectual property rights or those of any other individual or entity.
- Using technology intended to intercept, divert, or redirect Internet traffic to or from any other website, or that may potentially facilitate the diversion of affiliate commissions from another website.
Promotion and Creatives:
- You are authorized to promote all deals and coupon codes provided within the platform. Please note that expired coupon codes and deals must be promptly removed from your website upon expiration.
- You may utilize banners and videos provided within the platform to promote Laifen. Should you require additional sizes, please contact us for assistance.
- You are prohibited from engaging in cookie stuffing or including pop-ups, false, or misleading links on your website. Additionally, you are expected, wherever feasible, not to attempt to mask referring URL information.
PPC Terms:
- All bidding keywords must exclude Laifen's trademark, as well as any variations or misspellings thereof.
- Prior authorization from Laifen is required for all TM+ campaigns. If you intend to promote Laifen through TM+, please contact us before commencing the campaign. Unauthorized TM+ promotions will result in immediate penalties upon detection. Please cease any violations within 24 hours upon notice. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of all commissions without the possibility of negotiation.
Order Review:
We reserve the right to reverse orders due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations as outlined in these terms and conditions. Furthermore, if we request clarification or additional information regarding any orders or clicks suspected of violating our terms and conditions, we expect prompt and honest responses from you.
By participating in Laifen's Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your affiliate account and the forfeiture of any earned commissions.
