Program Agreement:
Acceptable Promotion Methods: Affiliates may promote Maei MD's skincare products through their websites, blogs, social media accounts, and email newsletters.
Prohibited Promotion Methods: The following promotion methods are strictly prohibited:
a. Spamming: Affiliates are prohibited from sending unsolicited emails, comments, or messages to promote Maei MD's products.
b. Trademark Infringement: Affiliates are prohibited from using Maei MD's trademark or logo in their domain names, social media handles, or any other promotion materials without Maei MD's prior written consent.
c. Misleading Advertising: Affiliates are prohibited from making false or misleading claims about Maei MD's products or services.
d. Fraudulent orders: Affiliates are prohibited from making fraudulent orders to collect commission.
Prohibited Sites: Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Maei MD's products on sites that promote sexually explicit material or violence, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability, illegal activities, or medical claims in regards to Maei MD's products/services.
Affiliate Eligibility: Maei MD reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application for any reason.
Termination: Maei MD reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, without notice or cause.
Compliance Strategy:
To ensure compliance with ShareASale's Terms of Use and Maei MD's Program Agreement, we recommend that all affiliates adhere to the following guidelines:
Disclose Affiliate Relationship: Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Maei MD in all promotional materials, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Use Approved Promotion Materials: Affiliates are encouraged to use Maei MD's approved banners, photos, text links, and other promotional materials provided in their ShareASale account.
Monitor Promotion Activities: Maei MD reserves the right to monitor affiliates' promotion activities to ensure compliance with our Program Agreement and ShareASale's Terms of Use.
Report Violations: If an affiliate suspects that another affiliate is violating Maei MD's Program Agreement or ShareASale's Terms of Use, they should report it to Maei MD immediately.
Maintain Good Faith: Affiliates must act in good faith when promoting Maei MD's products, and refrain from engaging in any activities that could harm Maei MD's reputation or brand.
By following these guidelines, we believe that our affiliates can help us build a successful and sustainable affiliate marketing program for Maei MD on ShareASale.
