Divina Market Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
In addition to the ShareASale Terms, ShareASale Program Policies, and Awin Code of Conduct, Divina Market requires Affiliates to accept and comply with additional terms and conditions:
1. Bidding on trademarked terms, trademarks +, misspellings or any variation thereof, or marks confusingly similar thereto is strictly prohibited. Trademarks affiliated with Divina Market include, but may not be limited to:

c) DIVINA BAR
d) FOODMATCH
e) MEDITERRANEAN MARKET BY DIVINA
f) MEDITERRANEAN MARKET
g) GLOBALLY LOCAL
h) GROVE TO TABLE
i) FRESCATRANO
j) MT. ATHOS GREEN OLIVES
k) LAMEDINA
l) KEFALAS VILLAGE
m) SAVOR EVERY MOMENT
n) DIVINA SWEET SANGRIA OLIVES
o) DIVINA BLOODY MARY OLIVES
p) DIVINA BUFFALO BLUE OLIVES
q) DIVINA HARVEST SPICED KALAMATA
r) FICOCO
s) OLIVISTA
t) SOLESTADO

2. In order to avoid any broad-match/extended-match issues, affiliates must negative-match against Divina or Divina Market brand terms and misspellings.
3. Direct Linking is prohibited. The use of redirected pages and links to send a user to our site is prohibited. By way of example but not limitation,, you may not have a PPC link on a search engine that redirects the user to our site. All PPC links must direct visitors to the Affiliate website.
4. Domain forwarding is prohibited. By way of example but not limitation, you may not purchase a domain and set it to forward directly to our site using your affiliate link.
5. Only approved codes found in the ShareASale Affiliate Account are allowed. Excluded sources include but are not limited to: Direct-to-consumer email campaigns, paid search ads, social media, user-generated content, and other Divina Market Affiliates.
6. All affiliates must use the most up to date creatives from the ShareASale Affiliate Account, and may not list expired promotions.
7. Loyalty/Cash Back and Coupon publishers are allowed into the program on a case by case basis and only upon prior approval by Divina Market.
8. Downloadable software is allowed on a case by case basis and only upon prior approval by Divina Market. All software must require affirmative click/action for cookies to be enabled. Please contact the program manager with any questions, concerns, or to provide a demonstration of software.
9. Email affiliates are encouraged to be a part of the program and will be approved on a case by case basis. All email affiliates must be Can-Spam compliant. Please contact the affiliate manager for the most up to date creative and suppression list and to request approval.
10. Social Media is allowed on a case by case basis and only upon prior approval by Divina Market. You may not post your affiliate links on Divina Market's social media spaces. Please contact the program manager for specifications regarding social campaigns.
11. This campaign is US traffic only.
12. Affiliate will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divina Market and any director, employee, agent or contractor thereof, from and against any claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) relating to any claims, actions, suits or proceedings by third parties against Divina Market arising out of or in any way related to any breach by the Affiliate of the foregoing terms, breach by the Affiliate of the ShareASale Terms, the ShareASale Program Policies, or the Awin Code of Conduct, or Affiliate’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Any affiliate found to be in violation of the above terms is subject to commission suspension, commission reversals and removal from the program. Divina Market reserves the right to terminate or suspend participation of any Affiliate in the Program at its sole discretion, with or without cause, with 24 hours’ notice.
