Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
Participation in the Affiliate Program (“Program”) is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legal residents of the United States. By applying to and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure and Payments
Affiliates will earn a commission based on a percentage of the net sales amount from confirmed client purchases directly attributed to the Affiliate’s referrals. Commissions are only payable on transactions for which full payment has been received and cleared. Payments will be made monthly, provided that the Affiliate has supplied valid payment details. Transactions that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid are not eligible for commission.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities and Restrictions
Affiliates are responsible for all costs associated with their promotional activities, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and travel expenses. Affiliates may not engage in activities that are misleading, fraudulent, or harmful to StealthEnomics brand reputation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, misrepresentation of products or services, spamming, unauthorized paid search bidding on our brand, and use of deceptive practices. Affiliates must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
4. Termination and Removal
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, misuse of promotional rights, inactivity, or conduct deemed harmful to our brand. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
5. General Provisions
Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between the Affiliate and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
