Leath disallows any and all brand bidding (trademarks, company name, domain names – and any misspellings) unless otherwise stated by Leath.If TM+ (plus) bidding, Affiliates must utilize negative keywords unless otherwise stated by Leath.Leath disallows PPC bids on words such as “Leath Coupons”, "Leath", and "Fieldhouse" unless otherwise stated by Leath.Do not include on coupon sites unless otherwise stated by Leath.Affiliates in a “nexus” State must supply Leath with a document, and a signature, declaring that they do not perform any solicitation activities in that State that would cause nexus. This includes emailing residents of the state your links/deals/offers, utilizing PPC (Pay Per Click) targeting ads toward consumers in that State, and passing out any written material such as flyers in that State.
