We approve publishers with high quality websites, blogs and social media accounts and will approve those who align with our brand values and messaging.
Our commission structure is a flat rate of 3%. Commissions are calculated by applying the relevant rate to the price of a qualifying sale excluding postage and VAT. Commissions are not paid on sales that are cancelled, refunded, returned, or on any transaction that results in a chargeback within the 60 day period. Commissions are not paid on orders from returning customers. Commissions are subject to review and other limitations for fraudulent activity. The Kid Collective Ltd reserve the right to withhold commissions for any legitimate reason. You are solely responsible for any taxes that may be due in connection with your participation in the Affiliates Programme.
For social media, affiliates may only post affiliate links on social media feeds that they operate.
The Kid Collective affiliate programme is available to entities or individuals on qualifying sales that originate from the affiliates authorised channel to The Kid Collective website, please note sales on any other 3rd party platforms (i.e Etsy, Amazon, Ebay etc) are not included.
We may offer periodic unique discount codes for affiliates to promote to their audiences. Please contact us to discuss.

The Kid Collective Ltd reserves the right to withhold payment of commission or suspend publishers if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Voucher codes with expiry dates should have those expiry dates clearly displayed and need to be removed or the fact they have expired clearly displayed. Failure to do so may result in suspension from the affiliate program.
PPC is not allowed on this program without prior approval. We also ask that you do not run generic/CSS campaigns without approval.
Affiliates may not bid on or use the word 'thekidcollective.co.uk' or 'The Kid Collective', derivatives, misspellings or any other attempts to gain preferential listings on Search Engines, Directories or any other kind of online database; any such attempt will result in the termination of an Affiliate's agreement with The Kid Collective Ltd.
Affiliates are not permitted to engineer their site in such a manner that it pulls internet traffic away from The Kid Collective website, including but not limited: "keyword stuffing" such as using terms in hidden or live text that is meant to attract search engine spiders in order to determine higher relevance or rank than The Kid Collective website.

The following types of websites are prohibited from participating in The Kid Collective Affiliates Programme:
- Price comparison sites;
- Sites using 'pop-ups' or 'pop-unders' (websites that launch 'pop-up' or hidden windows on users’ browsers);
- Sites that perform “dropshipping” or similar delivery services;
- Sites that promote unlicensed items with registered trademarks or other intellectual property owned by third parties;
- Sites that promote or encourage users to post third party or user-generated content;
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring all banners, text links, individual product links and search box ads are up to date with what is offered by The Kid Collective
- Ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of materials and content posted on your site;
- Ensuring that materials and content posted on your site are not libellous or unlawful, and do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights);
- Ensuring that your site complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including any codes of practice applicable to your marketing and displaying content on your website.
- The Kid Collective may suspend your account and/or withhold commissions if it determines you are in violation of any of the conditions.
- As an Affiliate, it’s your responsibility to know and follow any applicable regulations that apply to your site.
Affiliates must ensure all email marketing complies with applicable laws and regulations. - As an Affiliate, it is your responsibility to comply with the UK’s Committee of Advertising Practice Codes including their guidance on Online Affiliate Marketing.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Kid Collective Ltd, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, members, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all damages, judgements, settlements, awards, penalties, and costs (including reasonable lawyers’ fees) in relation to a third party claim arising from or related to: (i) Your negligence, willful misconduct or acts or omissions; (ii) Your violation of applicable laws or regulations or applicable codes of practice; (iii) Your breach or other non-compliance with the terms of this Affiliate Policy or (iv) Your Authorised Channels and other content.
