Due to the nature of provisioning and ofcom regulations, if a sale/order has been not completed for 4 months plus, it will not go active/live. This suggests the order is in static state during its provisioning cycle and TalkTalk will not attempt to progress this sale without re-contacting the customer and would necessitate a new sale being placed. Therefore all sales not completed for more than 4 months will be rejected. Generally TalkTalk are currently provisioning (to an active state) 95% of broadband sales within 25 days.
