DELSEY PARIS USA Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between DELSEY PARIS ("Company") and the individual or entity applying to join the DELSEY PARIS USA Affiliate Program ("Affiliate"). By participating in the program via AWIN, Affiliate agrees to the terms outlined below, as well as the applicable AWIN network policies.
1. Program Overview
The DELSEY PARIS USA Affiliate Program enables approved publishers, influencers, and content creators to earn commissions by promoting DELSEY PARIS products and referring qualified sales through tracked links.
2. Creative Inventory
The Company provides Affiliates with a full suite of creative assets to support promotional efforts, including but not limited to:
- Banners in multiple sizes and formats
- Text links to homepage, categories, or specific products
- Deep linking capabilities for targeted campaigns
- Product data feeds with updated pricing, descriptions, and imagery
Affiliates are encouraged to use these assets to align with key campaigns and drive conversions.
3. Featured Collections
Affiliates may promote a curated selection of best-selling and high-converting collections, including:
- Châtelet Air 2.0, Helium DLX, Rempart, Flânerie, and Carrousel
- Licensed brand partnerships such as Jeep® and Florence by Mills
- Promoting outdated, unavailable, or non-US collections is discouraged.
4. Commission Structure
- Default commission: 5% per sale
- Custom rates may be available for high-performing Affiliates, based on volume, conversion, or exclusive partnerships
- Commission is paid only on valid, non-returned, tracked sales
5. Compliance Requirements
To remain in good standing, Affiliates must adhere to the following:
- Brand Representation: Accurately present DELSEY PARIS products and maintain brand tone and imagery standards.
- Prohibited Content: Affiliates may not promote on sites with offensive, defamatory, illegal, or misleading content.
- Disclosure: Clear and conspicuous FTC-compliant affiliate disclosures are required on all promotional content.
- Approved Tracking: All promotions must use AWIN-issued tracking links directing to www.us.delsey.com.
- Trademark Protection: Bidding on branded keywords (e.g., “DELSEY,” “DELSEY luggage,” “Chatelet Air”) in paid search advertising is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and any regional equivalents, particularly when collecting or using consumer data for retargeting or remarketing.
7. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed monthly via AWIN, subject to AWIN's validation and payment schedule
- Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD
- Affiliates must keep payment and tax information current within the AWIN platform
8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to remove any Affiliate from the program at its discretion, including but not limited to:
- Violation of brand guidelines or this agreement
- Fraudulent behavior or suspicious traffic patterns
- Failure to comply with applicable laws or platform policies
