1. Brand Voice & Messaging

Tone:

• Premium, elegant, and smart
• Confident and helpful
• Never gimmicky, overly casual, or salesy

Do say:

• “Iconic French design”
• “Trusted for over 75 years”
• “Durable, stylish, and functional”
• “Perfect for modern travel”

Avoid:

• Generic claims like “best luggage ever” or “cheap luggage”
• Overuse of exclamation points or pushy CTA language (“Buy now!!!”)

2. Approved Product Lines to Feature

Affiliates should focus on our current, top-converting US collections:

• Helium DLX – Lightweight and spacious softside
• Rempart – Rugged durability with modern design
• Flânerie SE – Elevated everyday travel
• Carrousel – Stylish, functional essentials

• Florence by Mills x DELSEY – Trend-forward, Gen Z appeal

❌ Do not promote discontinued or non-US products (e.g., Securitime, international exclusives).

3. Logo & Visuals

Use Only Approved Logos & Assets:

Logos, banners, and product images must be sourced from the official AWIN creative inventory or provided by DELSEY PARIS.

Do not:

• Alter the DELSEY PARIS logo in any way (stretch, crop, recolor, add effects)
• Overlay text or graphics on product images
• Use low-res or outdated product shots

4. Paid Search & Trademark Usage

Bidding on branded keywords is strictly prohibited.
Examples: “DELSEY,” “DELSEY luggage,” “Chatelet suitcase,” “Florence by Mills luggage”

Do not use DELSEY PARIS trademarks in domain names, social handles, or page URLs without written permission.

5. Copy & Claims Guidelines

Allowed Claims:

• “Designed in France”
• “75+ years of heritage”
• “Worldwide warranty included”
• “Top-rated luggage collections”

Not Allowed:

• Price guarantees or false discounts
• Misleading superlatives (“#1 luggage brand in the world” unless sourced and cited)
• Unsubstantiated warranty or shipping claims

6. FTC & Platform Compliance

Affiliates are required to follow FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing affiliate relationships on all promotional content (e.g., blog posts, YouTube videos, social media captions).

Example Disclosure (required):
"This post contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission if you make a purchase at no additional cost to you."

7. Promotional Campaigns

Affiliates will receive updated banners and promo codes aligned with current marketing campaigns.

Important:

• Only promote active and approved discount codes shared via AWIN or directly by the DELSEY affiliate team.
• Using unapproved or expired codes may result in reversal of commissions.
