Prickle Affiliate Terms & ConditionsOverview
These are the complete list of terms and conditions for the affiliate program with Awin Enrollment.
Prickle (www.prickleplants.co.uk) is a brand of Gardener’s Dream Ltd, under the term “Prickle” these terms and conditions apply that you will be working for or with Gardener’s Dream Ltd, registered under companies house number: SC404533. These terms & conditions cover not only the Prickle brand, but any brands under the Gardener’s Dream Ltd business.
To enrol in a Prickle Affiliate Program, you must:
- be 18 years of age or over
- have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and be bound to the terms and conditions
- complete and submit the online application through the Affiliates Dashboard
- be enrolled or accepted by Prickle Plants into the Affiliate Program
Prickle may rescind their decision to auto-approve an application, however, we may re-evaluate the application at a later date. We reserve the right to reject your application or membership to our affiliate program at any time at our discretion. If the Publisher breaks any terms and conditions or is a breach of materials then we reserve the right to end the contract.
Any publisher breaching contract will have any commissions owed to them from Prickle be forfeited, and Prickle is under no obligation to pay such commissions to you.
Restrictions
You agree that publisher's website, service or correspondence does not contain any material that would damage Prickle, as well as anything considered to be:
- Promoting adult content, including nudity, sexual terms and/or images of people in positions or activities that are deemed to be sexual or provoative
- Violent, obscene, defamatory, libellous, slanderous and/or unlawful content deemed so by Prickle
- The promotion of hate speech to either individuals or a group and based upon either race, gender/sex, creed, national origin, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Language that is deemed to be controversial towards protected classes
- Any material that infringes on any copyright, trademark or intellectual property that is protected by law
- Promotion of political or religious material or agendas
- Promotion of gambling, including but not limited to online casinos, sports books, bingo or poker
- Missrepresentation of Prickle Plants as a brand, including but not limited to misspelling names, representation to the customer as our brand, and creation of websites to solely promote Prickle Plants.
- Offer of discounts, rebates, commissions or vouchers
- Use PPC terms that are considered Brand Terms, including but not limited to: Prickle Plants, Prickle, prickle.co.uk, Lil’ Pricks.
There must be no mention of a deal or coupon with affiliates.
Publishers must not bid on or use brand terms or terms that imply coupons are available.
Notice Period
A 7-day notice period for Publishers to any changes to terms and conditions, affiliate programs, commissions or product terms will be given.
Publishers
When joining a Prickle affiliate program, you will receive brand guidelines as well as a tone of voice document. Assets, such as images, videos and quotes, are available on request.
