Overview
The following terms will govern your participation in Anime Art Academy's Affiliate Program. The purpose of these terms is to allow you to make referrals from your website(s) to the Anime Art Academy website and earn referral fees.
Enrolment in the Affiliate Program
We may accept or reject your application at our discretion. Your application will be rejected is any of the information you provide is incorrect or incomplete, or if your website promotes materials of a graphic sexual, violent or defamatory nature, or if you or your website discriminate, violate any applicable law, or violate any person's intellectual property rights.
Commission
40% default commission for all affiliates (unless otherwise agreed by Anime Art Academy)

About Coupons
We refuse all purchases from publishers who post coupon codes without our permission.
PPC Requirements
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any terms or phrases using "Anime Art Academy" through PPC. This includes brand name + term PPC activity. Any affiliate violating this policy will be removed from the program and all commissions will be reversed.
No Unauthorized Coupons
Affiliates can not use coupons that Anime Art Academy promotes through other channels to generate sales. Only coupons specifically approved for affiliates will be considered for commissions. Any affiliate violating this policy will be removed from the program and all commissions will be reversed.
Where coupon codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as expired may be suspended from the program.
Regarding Affiliate Sales & Fees
a) Fees
We will pay you the fees specified in our agreement if we sell to a visitor to our site (a "Customer") a product or service that is the subject of the engagement and if that customer has accessed our site and purchased the product or service via your affiliate link and not subsequently returned or failed to pay for such product or service before payment is due. All commissions paid shall be paid on gross revenue to Anime Art Academy less any discounts or coupons and exclusive of taxes, shipping and handling and credit card (and other) fraud.
b) Affiliate Links
An affiliate link is a link from your site to our site, using one of the required URLs or any other URL provided by us in the network if it is the last link to our site that the Customer uses during a session where a sale of a product or a service to customer occurs.
A "Session" is the period of time beginning from a Customer's initial contact with our site via a link from Your site and terminating when the Customer either returns to our site via a link from a site other than your site or the return window (as defined in Anime Art Academy policies) expires.
c) Accepting Orders
Anime Art Academy shall have the sole right and responsibility for processing all orders made by Customers. You acknowledge that all agreements relating to sales to Customers shall be between Anime Art Academy and the Customer.
Prices for the products will be set by Anime Art Academy at our discretion.
