2. Application & Eligibility
Provide complete and accurate application information.
Websites or apps containing violence, pornography, discrimination, or illegal content are not accepted.
Keep your information updated to avoid missing notifications or payments.
3. Promotion Rules
Use only our provided Special Links for tracking and commission payment.
Links may be placed on websites, social media, or approved mobile apps.
No unauthorized keyword bidding (e.g., brand names or variations), redirect links, or posting exclusive codes on “coupon websites.”
4. Commission Policy
Only purchases made through your Special Link within the set time frame are valid (Qualifying Purchases).
No commission for:
Your own orders or placing orders for others
Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders
Traffic from prohibited advertising methods
Commissions are paid monthly once the minimum payout amount is reached.
5. Your Responsibilities
Ensure your website or channel operates legally and technically.
Do not infringe intellectual property rights or use harmful/illegal content.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship, for example:
"[Your Name] is a member of the [Brand] Affiliate Program and earns commissions from qualifying purchases."
6. Intellectual Property
You may use our authorized trademarks, images, and content only for promotion under this program.
Upon termination, remove all related materials and links.
7. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
Outstanding commissions will be paid within a reasonable time after deducting returns.
8. Other
The relationship is that of independent partners, not employer/employee or agent.
We may update these rules at any time; continued participation means acceptance of the new terms.
