  • Direct linking to our website via paid search ads is not allowed.
  • Publishers must add Babeside-related brand terms as negative keywords in their campaigns.

3. Coupon & Promotion Guidelines

  • Only promote valid and approved coupon codes provided through the affiliate program.
  • Do not promote expired, fake, or misleading offers.
  • Avoid messaging that may mislead customers (e.g., “best price guaranteed” unless officially confirmed).

4. Content & Traffic Quality

  • Traffic must be genuine and compliant with all applicable regulations.
  • No incentivized traffic, spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or misleading redirects.
  • Content should align with Babeside’s brand image, focusing on family-friendly, parenting, lifestyle, and gift-related themes.

5. Restricted Placements

  • Publishers must not promote Babeside on websites or platforms containing:
    • Adult, violent, or offensive content
    • Illegal or unethical material
    • Trademark-infringing or misleading content

6. Social Media & Influencer Promotion

  • All promotions should clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required.
  • Messaging should reflect Babeside’s values: companionship, care, and emotional development for children.

7. Compliance
Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in commission reversal, suspension, or termination from the program.
