Brand Representation
We are investing in and building a reputable brand and we will aggressively protect it from partners who wish to profit from subverting, damaging or misrepresenting it
To protect our brand and the brands of our merchants we will remove any sites form the network and, in extreme cases, pursue legal redress where:
- Presenting the customer with a deal that we are not offering at the time of display
- Present the customer with an ad linking to Wowcher that is invasive in format
- Use our brand to drop cookies of their own
- Promise or allude to benefits from Wowcher that we are unable or do not fulfil at the time of display
- Pass themselves as Wowcher or a subsidiary of our company
- Present wowcher as a frame of another site or ad format
Partners may not alter any of the creative provided by wowcher
Partners may not alter the terms, content sales price or percentage off any of our daily deals in anyway whether provided through a feed, an ad format or manually uploaded. If this happens through error or negligence on behalf of the partner site they will not be paid for the deals and we may seek compensation for the misrepresentation of our products and the detrimental effect this may have to our business and our customers.
