To participate in the Megalook Affiliate Referral Program, all applicants must be approved by and remain subject to the ongoing review of Megalook Hair.
Participation may be terminated immediately for material breaches of this agreement, including but not limited to illegal activities or trademark infringement. For non-material breaches, we may suspend or terminate participation upon reasonable determination, supported by evidence, that the Affiliate's site or practices violate these terms. Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in the subsequent cycle, provided they are not fraudulent.
Prohibited Conduct and Content includes:
Promoting illegal activities, sexually explicit material, or violence.
Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Violating any intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Marketing Practices include:
Registering domains that contain the brand name or any confusingly similar variations.
Bidding on the brand name (including misspellings and variations) as keywords on search engines such as Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising.
Megalook Hair reserves the right to deem any other conduct inconsistent with the best interests of the brand as a breach of this agreement.
