This programme operates on a 90-day cookie period and commission is paid (excluding VAT and PP) on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied.
There is a 90-day cookie window for customers to make a purchase. Commission is only paid on the first order and not subsequent orders in the 90-day period.
Flight upgrades are not eligible for commission.
All sales will be validated after bookings are paid in full and tour departs. Sales will be validated to ensure that no fraudulent or unauthorised sales are apparent. All fraudulent or unauthorised sales will result in commission being declined.
Use of voucher codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Travelsphere affiliate programme.
Any unauthorised voucher codes or offers that are promoted will result in commission not being paid.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise.
Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.
All voucher code activity must be conducted in line with the IAB code of conduct.
Travelsphere reserves the right to suspend any affiliates that are in breach of this conduct.

Affiliates must not use the “Travelsphere” brand name, brand name misspelling or similar variations in any domain names or subdomains.
Affiliates must not create another website representing themselves or passing themselves off as being “Travelsphere” or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe that such partner site is the “client”.

Please note anyone in breach of the T&Cs may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances, Travelsphere reserves the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found in breach of these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity.
