Program Terms

Branding & Trademark Usage Guidelines

To maintain brand consistency and integrity, all publishers are required to adhere to the following branding and trademark guidelines. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the reversal of commissions and/or removal from the program.

1. Use of Logos and Creative Assets:

  • Publishers must only use the official logos and advertising creatives provided directly through the AWIN platform in the "Creatives" or "My Offers" section.
  • You may not alter, stretch, distort, or change the color of our logos or any other creative assets in any way. The materials provided must be used "as is".
  • If you require a creative in a specific size that is not available on the platform, please contact the affiliate manager to request it.

2. Brand Misrepresentation and Impersonation:

  • Publishers are strictly prohibited from creating any website, social media profile (e.g., on Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok), or mobile application that could be reasonably mistaken for our official brand presence. This includes using our brand name or logo as a profile picture or in the page/profile name in a way that implies an official endorsement.
  • Your website and promotional materials must be clearly distinct from our official website. You may not copy the "look and feel" of our website or create the impression that your site is our official site or part of it.
  • The use of terms such as "official," "official site," or "official store" in your promotional content or ad copy to describe our brand is forbidden.

3. Domain Name and URL Restrictions:

  • Publishers are not permitted to register, use, or bid on any domain or subdomain name that contains our brand name, trademarks, or any misspellings or variations thereof.
  • Our brand name, trademarks, or any variations are not permitted to be used in the display URL of any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. (This point can also be reinforced in your PPC section).

We are eager to build a strong and positive partnership with you. Adhering to these guidelines ensures that our brand is represented accurately and professionally, which benefits both our customers and our valued publisher partners.
