Terms and Conditions for Customers, Publishers and Affiliates
THE OFFER
Antony Clapp Solicitors will apply a 25% discount on all professional fees incurred to complete a dissolution of marriage or civil partnership for select customers, such as but not limited to, Blue Light Card Holders, where court applications are issued after 6th April 2022.
THE SMALL PRINT
The 25% discount only applies to professional fees generated by an Antony Clapp Solicitor lawyer acting on the client’s behalf for the dissolution process. It does not apply to:
- Court Fees
- Barrister Fees
- Other Professional Disbursements incurred (for example, Land Registry enquiries or applications, fees incurred by third-party experts such as pension or property valuers.)
The offer does not apply to any other offers, applications, or associated ancillary matters or applications, including, but not limited to, financial matters or applications, children matters and domestic violence matters involving married couples or civil partners.
The offer applies to those seeking a court dissolution after 6th April 2022 on a sole application basis.
This offer applies to new, eligible clients redeeming the offer from 5th September 2022 and is subject to successful client ID and conflict checks. In the event of an unsuccessful client ID or conflict check, a full refund of monies paid online will be issued to the customer and the sale will be deemed not valid for commission.
If an erroneous order is made (for example if a customer omits the discount code and pays the full price), a partial refund will be given to the customer to address the difference and commission will only be payable on the discounted price to the publisher or affiliate.
If an accidental duplicate order is made by the customer, a full refund will be issued to them, and the sale will not be valid for commissions.
If an order is made in breach of terms and conditions, the sale will not be valid for commissions.
If the order is cancelled within 14 days and the customer has not participated in their first consultation but has successfully completed the client ID and conflict checks, the sale will not be valid and a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Divorce fees shall be made on a single transaction basis online, via our website store, for a fixed fee.
Customers apply the associated discount code at the checkout prior to completing their purchase to receive their 25% discount.
Any associated disbursement fees (such as court fees) shall be invoiced to clients directly from Antony Clapp Solicitors and are not made through our online store and are not subject to commissions as they are not part of this offer.
This offer only applied to proceedings in England and Wales.

Commission Structure
CPA: 5% of the purchase price on completion of the purchase of a designated legal service carried out by Antony Clapp Solicitors.
e.g. No-fault Divorce Offer – Purchase Price: £450 (inc. VAT, after customer discount applied.) Commission earned: £22.50
Payment of commission is paid on verified sales, 21 days after purchase.
Branding
URL and ad copy restrictions
Affiliates cannot use the brand name within their domain name
e.g. www.antonyclappsolicitors.affiliates.com
However, affiliates can use our brand name in their subdomain or directory folder
e.g. www.affiliate.com/antonyclappsolicitors
Publishers cannot promote our business or services using false promotions, misleading copy or embellish the partnership they have with us in any way besides being an affiliate relationship.
Publishers should note, prohibited content includes adult, gaming, gambling; content targeting minors. Content that promotes or supports criminal or unlawful activities. Content deemed otherwise inappropriate by either Solicitors Regulation Authority or Antony Clapp Solicitors.
PPC Policy
Affiliates are not allowed to perform PPC activity directly to the merchant site without prior consent.
If any affiliate is found to be breaking any of the terms, they will be asked to amend their promotions. Consistent failure to comply with these terms will result in the affiliate being removed from the programme and commissions declined.
Use of Exclusive Offers, Offer/Voucher Codes
Affiliates are not allowed to use an offer/voucher code unless it has been specifically provided to them. Unauthorised use of voucher codes or offers may result in commissions being reversed.
