Coupons and Promotional Codes:
Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program.
Application Process:
By submitting an application for the IMAGE Skincare affiliate program, you represent, warrant, covenant, and agree that:
(i) all information you provide is true, complete, and accurate;
(ii) you have all necessary rights and authority to enter into this agreement;
(iii) this agreement constitutes a legal, binding, and enforceable agreement; and
(iv) your participation will not conflict with or breach any other agreement to which you are bound.

Once accepted into the program, you agree to use IMAGE Skincare links solely to direct users to the official IMAGE Skincare website. You may not link any IMAGE Skincare link to any other site or page.
Brand Representation:
Affiliate ad copy must be professional, accurate, and free from misspellings or misleading claims. Affiliates are responsible for expiring deals and promotions according to IMAGE Skincare campaign dates. Claims such as “authorized wholesaler” or “official site” are prohibited. Affiliates may not create IMAGE Skincare–branded social media accounts.
Violations:
Affiliates found in violation may be immediately removed from the program and subject to commission reversals. Affiliates agree not to include IMAGE Skincare branding, logos, or links on any adult, political, violent, inappropriate, or controversial websites.
