Program enrollment
Please submit your application and we’ll review it within seven working days. ATMO® reserves the right to reject an Affiliate application or terminate an existing Affiliate agreement at our sole discretion.
Definitions
“Completed Transaction” means the product ordered by a Customer has been delivered, the return period has expired, and one hundred twenty (120) days have elapsed since the product was paid for in full.
“Net Sale Price” means the total received in US Dollars (after conversion from non-US currency to US Dollars, if necessary) from the Customer less:
- any tax collected by the Company for or on behalf of any governmental or taxing authority (such as a sales tax or VAT);
- shipping and handling charges,
- credit card or other charges attributable to the payment method used by the Customer, (v) currency conversion fees,
- discounts granted by ATMO in its sole and absolute discretion.
Commissions
Subject to your proper installation and use of the affiliate links and coupon codes, you will be compensated based upon the Net Sale Price from Completed Transactions.
Important:
We run seasonal promotions on our website that involve price drops, e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, etc. Please be advised that the amount you earn during these periods will be affected.
If a publisher wishes to provide their own unique discount promo code, they will be granted a discount no less than the promotional discount available on ATMO's website.
Affiliate’s content
- You have sole and exclusive responsibility and liability for the development, operation, maintenance and all materials and content that appear on the Affiliate Site.
- We reserve the right to monitor the Affiliate Website to determine if you are in compliance with ATMO’s brand guidelines.
- Affiliate’s content should be presented/written or subbed in English.
- Affiliate’s website MUST NOT copy or resemble ATMO’s Website.
- Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register, or create domains or subdomains that mislead customers into believing that these domains or subdomains belong to ATMO.
- Pop-ups, and false or misleading links and information, are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates MUST NOT provide incorrect information on Atmotube PRO’s functionality and/or mention third-party platforms that use ATMO’s API to integrate air quality data to their services.
Link and coupon guidelines
- Affiliates MUST ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to them through AWIN.
- Affiliates MUST NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from ATMO’s non-affiliate advertising, marketing emails, paid search, or any other non-affiliate sources.
PPC and advertising guidelines
- Affiliates are not allowed to bid on keywords "ATMO", “Atmotube PRO”, “Atmocube”, or any misspellings or combinations of these keywords, on Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- If Affiliates promote ATMO’s products via e-mail and newsletter campaigns, they must send emails and newsletters on their behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of ATMO.
- Emails and newsletters mentioning the ATMO product line must receive ATMO’s approval before they are sent. Please submit the content of your newsletter via the contact email and we’ll review it within 3 working days.
