Terms & Conditions – Affiliate Program
Please read our terms and conditions of the affiliate partnership agreement carefully before applying our program. Please share an email with our affiliate manager if you have any questions: affiliate@wham-o.com
Join the Program
- Once receiving your application of the affiliate program, we will check and review your website and inform your acceptance or rejection to our affiliate program within 48 hours from Monday to Friday.
- Reserve the right to reject any application, if you have any questions with the decision we made, please feel free to contact our affiliate manager: affiliate@wham-o.com
Partner with Wham-O
- Use of our brand terms as part of the domain or sub-domain are not allowed.
- Do not create any perception your website represents us or part of us
- All promotion elements including content, images, visuals, article structure must be shared with us before being published
- Strictly follow the campaign details that aligned with us
- Content shall not be published, distributed makes reference to our partnership program without receiving approval from our side
- The affiliate program must not be promoted in an unsuitable way, including but not limited sexually explicit materials, promote violence, threatening, harassing, offensive, encourage discrimination on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, promoting illegal or unsafe activities, including without limitation illegal drugs, firearms or weapons; you also agree you will not involve in any such activities
PPC Campaign
- Bidding any brand terms, including any variations or misspellings in the search or content campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing or any others network are not allowed without prior consensus
- Cannot include any brand terms, product related terms or any trademarks in the ad title, ad copy, display name or display url. We strongly recommend you adding our brand terms and product related terms in negative keywords list
- Brand terms: Wham-O, Wham-O Toys, WhamO; Sub brand terms: Snowboogie, Aqua Force, Arctic Force, Boogieboard, Frisbee, Hydro Frisbee, Foam Party Factory, Game Time! Giggle'N Splash, Hacky Sack, Hula Hoop, Wheelz Locker Board, Slip ‘N Slide, Splash, Splash ’N Score, Stay 'N Play, Superball. Including any variation of the mentioned terms
Termination
- Wham-O has the right to suspend or terminate the partnership with affiliate networks if infringe the terms mentioned above. And Wham-O reserves the right to pursue
- We reserve the right to update and change the terms without any notice, continued partnership after the changes, shall constitute your consent to the changes
