Welcome to the NeonWill Affiliate Programme! By joining our programme via Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a strong partnership.
Commission & Tracking
Commission is paid as a fixed 5% on net sales, excluding VAT, shipping charges, refunds, and cancellations.
The standard cookie duration is 30 days. Purchases made within 30 days of a customer clicking your affiliate link will be attributed to your account.
All commissions are tracked and processed via the Awin platform, where you can monitor performance, conversions, and earnings in real time.
Restrictions
No Brand Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on “NeonWill” brand terms or any variations/misspellings in paid search campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads) or within Comparison Shopping Services (CSS).
Use of Assets: All content, product images, and brand materials must be used in accordance with NeonWill’s official guidelines. Misuse may lead to termination from the programme.
Voucher Codes: Only approved or Awin-distributed voucher codes may be promoted. Affiliates found using unapproved or expired codes may be subject to suspension or removal.
Returns & Cancellations
No commission will be awarded for orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
Commission is only valid for completed sales that remain final and are not subject to return or dispute.
If an order is returned, cancelled, or refunded, any associated commission will be revoked from the affiliate’s account.
Brand Integrity
NeonWill reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate that misrepresents the brand, promotes unethical or misleading content, or fails to uphold the brand’s standards of professionalism.
Changes to the Programme
NeonWill may update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
Continued participation in the programme following any updates will be regarded as acceptance of the new terms.
Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the programme terms to ensure compliance.
