Partners joining the Qobuz affiliate program must comply with the following conditions.
Channels
- SEM: not allowed in any form
- Validation click: not allowed
- Post-view: not allowed
- Cashback / vouchers: conditionally allowed
- Emailing: conditionally allowed
- Text links : allowed under certain conditions
The following sites are not allowed:
- Non-English speaking sites
- Erotic or pornographic content
- Content that offends or discriminates against people
- Extremist, politically radical or dangerous content for young people
Messages / Promotional actions
Partners may advertise the free trial month for new registrants.
However, partners must not advertise promotional offers or promotional codes unless these are provided and/or approved by the advertiser. Transactions generated with unauthorised coupons will not be considered or attributed to partners. Any transaction request in which the use of an unauthorised promotional code is detected will be refused.
Qobuz reserves the right to review the promotional activity of partners at any time and to impose changes to comply with the guidelines and/or brand terms. If these changes are not implemented in a timely manner, the collaboration must be terminated.
Partners are required to use only the links and graphics provided by the advertiser. Modification of logos and banners is not permitted under any circumstances.
The Participating Publishers represent and warrant that their communication do not contain any technology that would subject Qobuz to obligations beyond those defined in the Conditions of participation.
Validation of transactions
Before confirming commissions, Qobuz reserves the right to check and validate conversions and to pay only those that have been created in accordance with the general conditions.
Indemnity and liability
In no event will Qobuz be liable for any damages of any kind or nature, relating to these Conditions of participation, including, without limitation, regardless of whether such damage could have been reasonably foreseen.
If a third party asserts a claim against or tenders a claim to Qobuz alleging that any Application, Content or Metadata infringes an intellectual property right or that the Participating Publishers have violated any Applicable Law, the Participating Publishers will (a) promptly notify Qobuz of the claim, (b) give Qobuz control of the claim and provide reasonable cooperation, and (c) make no admission on behalf of itself or Qobuz that may impair the defense or settlement of the claim.
