Troxus Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before you join our program or begin marketing of our program. These terms and conditions are written in plain terms intentionally avoiding legalese to ensure that they may be clearly understood and followed by affiliates. Adherence to the terms and conditions provides that our Troxus affiliate program is sustainable and profitable for both Troxus and our affiliates.
DEFINITIONS
As used in the below Terms: (i) “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Troxus; (ii) “you” or “your” refers to the Affiliate; (iii) “our website” refers to the Troxus website (www.troxusmobility.com); (iv) “your website” refers to any websites that you will link to our website; (v) “Program” refers to the Troxus Affiliate Program.
COMMISSIONS
We use advance attribution rules in the Troxus Affiliate Program. Commission levels are based on the type of referral site, as well as new vs existing customer. If you have questions about commission rates please contact us via info@troxusmobility.com
COUPON GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and your Website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
* You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the affiliate program or network.
* You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.
* Violation of these terms may result in removal from the Troxus affiliate program, reversal of sales, or reduction in commissions.
All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in the Troxus Affiliate Referral Program. However such participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by www.troxusmobility.com and may be revoked at any time without notice. Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine(at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the program.
Unsuitable sites include those that:
* Promote illegal activities
* Promote sexually explicit materials
* Promote violence
* Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disablility, sexual orientation or age
* Violate intellectual property rights
* Or are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of www.troxusmobility.com
PPC POLICY
If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC policies as follows:
* Popups and Click Unders, Adult, and Incentivized traffic is strictly prohibited. No commissions, leads, or payments will be given for such traffic.
* We allow you use our trademarked terms to advertise.

If you have any questions about PPC policy, please let us know.
If we find any TM/TM+ violation or malicious fraud, commissions generated will not be paid. We will ask for compensation for serious consequences or losses caused by the violation.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Affiliates are not permitted to use TM, TM+terms or any variation or misspelling to create pages or accounts on Facebook/ Instagram/ Youtube/ Twitter/ Reddit etc., including but not limited to Troxus, troxusmobility.com, www.troxusmobility.com
DOMAIN NAMES
Use of any of our trademarked terms or misspellings as part of the domain for your website is strictly prohibited. (e.g. www.troxus-coupons.com).
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or print any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent.
If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
1. Abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187) with respect to our Program.
2. E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of Troxus.
3. E-mails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent.
FTC COMPLIANCE
You are required by Troxus to disclose your affiliate relationship on any promotion for this merchant. This includes but is not limited to blog posts, videos, emails, social media and website pages. Your audience must understand you may earn commissions if they click your links. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that Troxus is compensating you for your review or endorsement. If you received the product for free from Troxus for review, this also must be clearly stated in your disclosure.
