Voucher Code Affiliates

All voucher code affiliates must comply with the official IAB guidelines which can be found here:
http://www.iabuk.net/en/1/iabsaffiliatemarketingcouncillaunchescodeofbestpractice110808.mxs

  • Affiliates may only use voucher codes which have been supplied to them by Ryman or by Affiliate Window on behalf of Ryman.
  • Affiliates are not allowed to promote expired or invented codes. Failure to comply with this will result in removal from the program and commission being withheld.
  • If a discount code has been issued to an Affiliate and it has an expiry date, the affiliate must clearly display this information on its website(s).

Cashback Affiliates

  • Commission will not be paid on cashback transactions where a discount code has been used.

PPC Affiliates

Ryman do not allow affiliates to engage in PPC search activity for the Ryman brand, unless specifically authorised by Ryman.

The following actions are forbidden on the Ryman affiliate programme:

  • Using the Ryman brand term in the sub folder of the display URL  e.g. www.affiliate.com/Ryman
  • Using the Ryman brand term in the sub domain of the display URL e.g. www.ryman.affiliate.co.uk
  • Using the Ryman brand or a misspelling of the Ryman brand in the display URL e.g. www.ryman.co.uk or www.rymans.co.uk
  • Direct-linking to www.ryman.co.uk
  • Using the Ryman brand in the ad title
  • Bid on the brand term “Ryman” or any misspelling such as “Rymans”
  • Bid on Ryman brand + generic terms e.g. “Ryman Printers”
  • Bid on the URL www.ryman.co.uk

Any Affiliate caught practising unauthorised PPC activity will be removed from the affiliate programme and their commission will be withheld.
