Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Awin profile. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts and have the authority to represent the business you are registering.
Account Registration
To access our services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
PPC Policy
Any violations of the PPC policy will result in the affiliate's suspension and the revocation of any earned commission. Affiliates are not allowed to engage in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising that directs traffic to Awin profiles or Haute Florist using unauthorized or unapproved keywords.
Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that are provided through the Haute Florist affiliate programme, either directly from Haute Florist Affiliate Manager or through our Awin account. Haute Florist reserves the right to withhold commission payment if unauthorised voucher codes are used in affiliate sales.
Affiliates must clearly display voucher codes' expiry dates and remove or mark them as expired after the stated date, unless advised otherwise. Affiliates found displaying expired codes without proper marking may be suspended from the programme.
Not Permitted
Affiliates are not permitted to use automated toolbars, extensions, or offer injections that display unauthorized deals when users visit our site. Such practices are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Compliance with IAB Voucher Code Best Practice Guidelines
Affiliates must observe and comply with the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines when promoting voucher codes on our platform.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted content, related to Awin and Haute Florist shall remain the property of their respective owners. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Haute Florist through the Awin profile.
Termination
Awin reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate's account at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, any accrued and unpaid commission shall be forfeited.
Modification of Terms
Awin reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to these terms, and continued use of the Awin profile after such changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of the Awin profile or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
