General:
- Affiliate partners are not allowed to purchase websites or domains which may mislead users into thinking they are shopping direct with Je Joue
- All creative must be agreed and signed off by your affiliate manager
- Affiliate campaigns must not imitate Je Joue branding and all creative must be clearly branded by partner
Intellectual Property Rights:
- Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of Je Joue. This includes trademarks, copyrights and related rights, trade names and domain names, rights to goodwill or to use in passing off and rights confidential information. If an affiliate infringes these rights, they may be suspended or removed, forfeiting any commissions earned.
Linking to the website:
- Upon agreement of our affiliate partnership we will provide you with tracked URLs
- The affiliate partner agrees to use the provided URLs and not to manipulate them in any way
- The affiliate partner agrees to not replicate or copy our website in order to mislead users into thinking they are purchasing direct with Je Joue
Discount codes:
- From time to time we may provide exclusive promocodes and discounts for campaigns and we will only accept those that have been issued via the affiliate channel
- We can provide unique promocodes, please contact us to do so
- The level of discount will be agreed and provided by Je Joue
Email Marketing:
- Affiliates promoting via email marketing must receive approval
