Commission & Eligibility
Commissions are awarded on first-time customer sales only placed on napiers.net. Orders must be valid, completed, and not returned or cancelled to qualify.

Discount & Voucher Codes
We’re always happy to support affiliates with exclusive voucher codes or tailored incentives where appropriate.
Affiliates may only promote discount or voucher codes that are provided directly by Napiers The Herbalists via the affiliate programme or by the Affiliate Manager.
Please do not display or promote unauthorised, guessed, or third-party codes.
Where a code has an expiry date, this should be clearly shown, and expired codes should be removed or clearly marked as expired.
We understand that customers may sometimes use codes found elsewhere online. Any affected orders will be reviewed fairly before a commission decision is made. However, affiliates found consistently displaying unauthorised or expired codes may have commissions withheld until the issue is resolved.
Paid Search, Paid Social & PPC
Napiers The Herbalists operates a content-led affiliate programme, and we do not work with PPC or paid social affiliates as standard.
Affiliates may not run paid search or paid social ads (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to promote Napiers The Herbalists.
Affiliates may not bid on brand keywords, brand-plus terms, or any misspellings or variations of the Napiers The Herbalists name.
Direct or indirect paid linking to Napiers-owned domains (including https://napiers.net/) is not permitted.
CSS affiliates are considered only in exceptional cases and require prior written approval.
Our focus is on organic, editorial, and content-driven promotion that adds genuine value for customers.
Keywords & Brand Protection
Affiliates must not register, bid on, or target Napiers The Herbalists brand terms or close variations, including but not limited to:
“Napiers The Herbalists”
“napiers.net” / “www.napiers.net”
“Napiers The Herbalists discount code”
“Napiers The Herbalists promo code”
This helps us protect brand integrity and ensure a fair affiliate environment.
Domain & Linking Guidelines
Affiliates should not register domains that are similar to, derived from, or misspellings of the Napiers The Herbalists brand.
The Napiers website may not be placed within frames, iframes, or masked URLs.
All affiliate links should be transparent and clearly direct users to the Napiers website via approved tracking.
Any activity that could mislead customers or imply official brand ownership may result in commissions being declined.
Creative Use
Approved creative assets and text links should be used as provided and not altered unless agreed in advance.

Compliance & Account Status
If any activity falls outside these guidelines, we’ll always aim to contact affiliates first to resolve things quickly and fairly. In some cases, commissions may be temporarily withheld during review. Account reactivation (if needed) is handled on a case-by-case basis.
