By applying to join Cooksongold’s affiliate program, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Breach of these terms and conditions will result in exclusion from the Cooksongold affiliate program and where considered appropriate, commission will be reversed.

Branding Terms
You must ensure that you follow Cooksongold’s brand guidelines at all times. Brand guidelines can be found in the branding section of our profile however please feel free to contact the Cooksongold account management team should you require further details.
When joining Cooksongold’s affiliate program, you must be responsible in your promotion of the Cooksongold brand. Please avoid using the brand name in any way that could be misinterpreted, please avoid any spamming and misspellings and anything that could bring disrepute to the company, brand name, trading name and suppliers.
Intellectual Property Rights
Affiliates must ensure that they respect the intellectual property rights of Cooksongold. These include trademarks and service marks, copyright and related rights, trade names and domain names. If an affiliate is in breach of these rights they will be removed from the program and we may withhold any commission that would have otherwise been due
Voucher Code Use
You may promote voucher codes that are provided only through the Cooksongold affiliate program. Any other codes you may come across cannot be used unless express written permission is given by Cooksongold. We reserve the right to stop any commission if a non-authorised voucher code is used.
Please ensure that where voucher codes have an expiry date, you display this clearly and remove once the date has passed.
Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with cashback, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other pre agreed special rates and/or discounts that the customer may have.
Cashback
Cashback will not be paid on any transaction made for the express purpose of resale (including eBay and Amazon Store).
Any transaction made with a voucher code will not be valid for cashback, unless explicitly stated otherwise
Paid Search Policy
When joining Cooksongold’s affiliate program please note we do not allow any PPC work on our brand our on our behalf. This includes any advertising on Google, Bing, Yahoo, Google Shopping and any other paid advertising.
You are required to not appear or or bid on our pure brand terms, combined brand and generic terms or misspellings,
Affiliates are required to include brand and misspelling terms as negative keywords in any and all of their search engine marketing campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to keywords such as:
Cooksongold
Cookson Gold
Use of the Cooksongold domain and variations is strictly forbidden within the copy of any form of PPC advertisement including the display URL and ad text.
Product Feed
Cooksongold will provide a daily product feed with the most accurate and up to date pricing possible through the Awin interface.
As an affiliate it is important to ensure that you make every effort to use the most current pricing information in any promotions.

Creative
We supply creative which can be found within the Awin interface. As an affiliate please note that you are not permitted to alter any creative that have been made available to you. If you require banners in sizing different to what we have provided, please contact the account management team who will aim to provide this for you.
