- We welcome the opportunity to discuss options for exclusive deals and incentives.
- We process publisher applications on a weekly basis and aim to either accept or decline an application within 14 days of the application date.
PPC Policy
- Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on Forth brand terms. This includes permutations, misspellings and broad matches containing brand terms.
- Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on generic terms related to Forth's service or products or general home blood testing where the activity is in direct competition with Forth.
- PPC bidding restrictions also apply to all Comparison Shopping Services.
Discount Codes
- Affiliates should get in touch with Forth for exclusive vouchers or discount codes along with additional incentives based on the level of promotion offered and expected sales volume.
- If a sale from an affiliate partner includes the use of a discount code, the commission will be calculated on the discounted price.
- Only codes issued by Forth should be used by affiliates.
De-duplication Policy
All affiliate sales are de-duplicated against other online advertising channels using a local cookie on the merchant platform. De-duplication channels include :
- PPC Brand
- PPC Generic
- Email Advertising
- Direct Partnerships
- Display & retargeting advertising
- Social Media Advertising
Social Content Creators
Commission
- We offer all voucher code directory sites, cashback and loyalty sites 2% commission.
- For all other affiliate partners, we offer a 5% commission on all confirmed sales of our tests.
- The commission is based on the cost of the test and excludes the cost of phlebotomy appointments either at home or in one of our clinics.
- The commission is only granted on the first sale of any subscription products.
