Application Process: By submitting an application for the IMAGE Skincare affiliate program, you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that (i) all information that you provide to us in connection with your application is true, complete and accurate, (ii) you have all necessary rights and authority to enter into this agreement and perform your obligations hereunder, (iii) this agreement will constitute a legal, binding and enforceable agreement against you in accordance with the terms and conditions herein, and (iv) your execution and performance hereunder will not conflict with or result in a breach or violation of any other agreement, arrangement or understanding to which you are bound Links: Once you have been notified that your application has been accepted into the program you agree to use IMAGE Skincare links solely to direct end users to IMAGE Skincare Website. You agree not to link any IMAGE Skincare link to any page of any site other than IMAGE Skincare website. Brand Representation: Affiliate’s ad copy cannot contain misspellings, incorrect grammar or false or misleading statements regarding discounts or coupons. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to expire deals, promotions & offers in accordance with any date restrictions on IMAGE Skincare ad campaigns. Ad copy should always represent IMAGE Skincare in a professional manner. Claims such as ‘authorized wholesaler’ or ‘official site’ can never be used in ad copy. Affiliates cannot create IMAGE Skincare branded social media accounts. Affiliates found in violation are subject to immediate removal from the program and reversal of commissions. Affiliates agree to not include IMAGE Skincare branding, logos or links on any adult, political, violent, inappropriate, or controversial websites.
