Additional conditions of participation for the partner program of Geuther Babyproducts GmbH:

In addition to the terms and conditions of AWIN, the following terms and conditions shall apply to the participation in the Partner Program.
2. online advertising media and advertising material
You have to register with our affiliate program with every online advertising medium you want to use for the partnership with Geuther Babyproducts GmbH.
The affiliate program allows you to place electronic Geuther Babyproducts GmbH ads on online advertising media. Via the AWIN AG website (http://www.awin.com), we will provide you with graphical advertising media and text links (hereinafter "tracking links"), for contract-specific use.
As a partner, you undertake to include the tracking links unchanged in all appropriate areas of your online advertising medium, so that smooth billing can be guaranteed.
The generation of geuther.fr cookies is only allowed if:
a tracking link from geuther.fr is used,
the tracking link is visible to the user and
the generation of the cookie is preceded by a conscious click by a user.
You are not allowed to use iFrames, pop-ups, pop-under and/or layer ads if they load an ad of Geuther Babyproducts GmbH or its internet store. Only those of your sales that result from a regular marketing measure on your online advertising medium will be used for payment. Post-view tracking is not allowed, unless Geuther Babyproducts GmbH explicitly agrees to it.
It should be noted that tracking links may only be integrated on online advertising media whose address was provided in advance during registration. Geuther Babyproducts GmbH reserves the right to reject registrations, even without giving a reason.
The instructions given by AWIN and Geuther Babyproducts GmbH for the installation of the tracking links must be strictly observed with regard to technical set-up and maintenance. To ensure correct billing, you may only use the tracking links provided to you by Geuther Babyproducts GmbH via AWIN.de.
You are responsible for the maintenance and content of your online advertising media. Likewise, when using our tracking links, you are solely responsible for maintaining the currency of information and tracking links. It is also your responsibility to remove outdated tracking links from your online advertising medium, unless they are dynamically maintained or changed by Geuther Babyproducts GmbH. Should Geuther Babyproducts GmbH request you to remove the tracking links from your online advertising medium, you guarantee to implement this immediately.
3. rights of use
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, revocable at any time, to access the website www.geuther.fr , via the tracking links provided on awin.com. Only in connection with these tracking links, you have the right to use all materials provided on awin.com, for the purpose of advertising www.geuther.fr. This right exists only for the purpose of establishing tracking links between your online advertising medium and www.geuther.fr, which enable your users to purchase Geuther Babyproducts GmbH products. The advertising materials provided by Geuther Babyproducts GmbH via AWIN may not be revised or modified by you. Any violation of the agreements stipulated in the program conditions entitles Geuther Babyproducts GmbH to terminate the partnership without notice.
4. obligations and liability
As a partner, you are fully responsible for the operation, maintenance and content on your advertising medium. Likewise, you are responsible for all materials appearing on it, especially for their accuracy and correctness. You guarantee not to provide any content on your online advertising medium that contains the following:
Pornography and eroticism
depictions of violence and right-wing extremist content
discriminatory portrayal of persons
contents that harm children or are harmful to minors
infringement of the rights of third parties
In the context of search engine marketing, it is also prohibited to engage in brand bidding. The brand Geuther (also misspellings) must be deposited as excluding keywords and may not trigger ad placements at any time.
As a partner, you agree to indemnify Geuther Babyproducts GmbH against any claims by third parties in connection with the online advertising media for which you are responsible. Furthermore, you undertake to support Geuther Babyproducts GmbH in defending against these claims by making the necessary declarations and providing information.
For actions that impair the functionality of the software/system, you are liable for the damage incurred by Geuther Babyproducts GmbH due to the actions for which you are responsible. You are not permitted to distribute any promotional materials created by you that relate to Geuther Babyproducts GmbH without our express permission.
5 Commission:
Please note that only sales made within 30 days of an advertising click will be commissioned.
The calculation of the commission is based on the net purchase price of all items purchased via the tracking link. Costs for service, shipping and returned items will not be compensated. The commission is paid out via AWIN. As soon as the commission has been paid out, all commission claims shall be settled in full.
6.Contract duration and termination
Failure to comply with the program terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the Sales and, if applicable, exclusion from the program.
The contract can be terminated at any time by either party without notice. Please note - this program operates with a 7-day cancellation period
