Brand Guidance
- Affiliates must respect the Intellectual Property Rights of Mowers-Online and any of the other brands that appear alongside the Mowers-Online brand.
- If any offline media or communication is required, Mowers-Online would need to see draft proof of this before use of the Mowers-Online brand is granted.
- Affiliates may use the Mowers-Online brand terms after the domain of their website. For example: https://affiliate.co.uk/mowers-online.
Unless authorised otherwise by Advertiser, the following restrictions apply:
- Affiliates must not use any Mowers-Online brand terms, or close variations of these brand term within their domain or sub-domain URL. For example, https://mowersonline.affiliate.com/ or https://mowersonlineaffiliate.com/.
- - Affiliates are not allowed to register any profile on social media that shares likeness to Mowers-Online which can confuse the public in thinking said profile is official.
- Affiliates are not allowed to post on any official Mowers-Online social media platform which attempts to drive the public away from Mowers-Online and instead through the advertiser platform.
Anyone who does not abide by these rules set risk their commissions being set to 0% and possible suspension from the programme.
