Our brand should always be promoted as Van Meuwen and not abbreviated in any form.  Our strapline which accompanies the logo is 'Quality Gardens at Everyday Prices'.

The Van Meuwen website (www.vanmeuwen.com) only caters for delivery of products to the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands.

  • Please note all Tool Shed, Outdoor Living, Buildings & Fencing and Wild Birdfoord purchases are excluded from our affiliate programme. Therefore if any purchases are made, the commission claim will be rejected.
  • Regretfully we are unable to ship live plants to the following areas: HS, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55-56, KW15-KW17, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH40-PH44, TR21-TR25, ZE1-ZE3. We are also unable to ship seeds or plants to EU countries and Northern Ireland.

Voucher Code Policy

Affiliates may only promote voucher/discount codes that are provided through the Van Meuwen Affiliate Programme. This constitutes codes either supplied through our account and associated marketing material or codes agreed directly with the Affiliate Program Manager.

We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

Van Meuwen reserves the right to withhold the payment of commissions if unauthorised codes are used within an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payments are made.

Affiliates will be contacted if found to be promoting unauthorised codes. Affiliate commission maybe set to zero if affiliates are found not be cooperating with the removal of unauthorised codes.

Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines – particularly in relation to expired voucher codes.

Please note, that commission will not be paid on products sold through Groupon, or via certain other partners - this will apply to promotional codes beginning with GRUP, GU, VMD, VEXP, DM, GW. We also may not pay commission on products sold with the order code prefix VMNS
