Papershift rewards a successfully completed sale of a new customer with 200€ commission. The entitlement to a commission arises after the minimum turnover (200 euros excluding VAT) of the acquired new customer has been reached. SEM is not allowed. Voucher sites are not welcome.

Restrictions:

  1. Partners with illegal, political, violent, pornographic and/or illegal content are generally excluded from participation in the partner programme. In addition, we as advertisers reserve the right to terminate the cooperation immediately if advertising material provided by us is integrated on this type of website. Any transactions resulting from this will also be rejected by us and any claim to commission will be forfeited.
  2. Only publishers who provide a valid imprint on their advertising space will be accepted for cooperation.
  3. Furthermore, websites which are still under construction or which generate errors in any form, as well as websites without the possibility of a content check, are excluded from participation in the partner programme.
  4. Partners of the advertiser programme must in any case be of full legal capacity.

Advertising material / linking:

  1. The advertising media provided by the partner programme may only be used, without exception, on the advertising spaces registered when registering for the programme.
  2. The publisher is responsible for ensuring that the advertising material is up to date and undertakes to remove advertising material from its website immediately if it is notified by Papershift or if it has reason to believe that said advertising material may no longer be used.
  3. No modification or extension of the advertising material provided shall be permitted without the prior consent of Papershift.
  4. The publisher receives permission via the network to use the advertising material provided for the duration of the cooperation with the advertiser programme. If the cooperation is terminated, the advertising material may also no longer be used by the publisher.
  5. A redirection to the advertiser’s website is only permitted if a registered publisher website visible to the end user is placed upstream. (no direct or non-stop redirection).
  6. Individual advertising media can be created in consultation with Papershift.
  7. The use of pop-ups and layers that are delivered when a page is loaded is not permitted.

Browser plugins / advertising via spy/adware:
The combination of advertising media source codes to create plug-ins for any browser (e.g. hotbars, toolbars) as well as advertising via adware or spyware is not permitted.

Postview / Retargeting:
Co-operation on a postview or retargeting basis requires prior agreement with Papershift.

Vouchers:
The publisher may only use vouchers that have been approved for the Papershift affiliate programme.
Transactions will be rejected if they have been generated via outdated or expired voucher campaigns.
