Partners who join our Affiliate Programmes must comply with the following conditions:
Approval & Prohibited channels
To join our programme, we will need to approve your website. We are looking for partners in line with our goals, values and brand guidelines. We reserve the right to discontinue the activity or refuse participation in the programme at any time.
Prohibited Channels
The following content and advertising channels are strictly prohibited:
- SEM/Search/PPC (Keyword bidding on the brand name “Holidu” and any variations or alternative spellings)
- PostView
- Paid Emails
- Offensive or discriminatory Content
- Political Content
- Erotic or Pornographic Content
- Offensive or Discriminatory Content
- Activities on sites in a language other than English are not allowed
Holidu reserves the right to review partner advertisements at any time. Necessary changes to ensure compliance with our terms and branding guidelines must be made promptly. Failure to implement these changes in a timely manner will result in the termination of the collaboration. We also reserve the right to block advertisers from posting content that does not comply with brand guidelines.
Unauthorised promotions and contents
Partners are prohibited from promoting offers and voucher codes with special incentives unless these have been provided or approved by the advertiser. Transactions made with unauthorised vouchers will not be recorded or credited to partners. Any transaction requests found to involve unauthorised vouchers will be rejected.
Remarketing and retargeting activities are prohibited.
The Publisher may only use the promotional codes, coupons, provided by in the AWIN programme. Transactions generated with coupons that are unauthorised or not provided for by the AWIN programme will not be considered or attributed to the Publisher.
PPC Campaigns
Is not allowed in any way to bid on our Brand, products, generic PPC or activities connected to our site and all the products therein. If orders are generated from those activities, these will not be considered valid, and we will proceed to interrupt the collaboration with the partner.
Creativity
All the relevant and up to date content (e.g. banners) can be found on Holidu’s AWIN Profile. Publishers can use the creatives and links provided by and included in the programme. The modification or alteration of banners, logos or links is NOT permitted. We are available to provide new creatives or formats if requested or to approve proposed solutions. Everything must be submitted before publication, writing to: affiliate@holidu.com
For publishers who post content on social networks, posts, or stories, they must report in the hashtags (#) that they are ads #ad.
Validation of transactions
Before confirming the commissions, Holidu reserves the right to check and validate the conversions and to pay only those that have been created in accordance with the general conditions.
Orders (valid registration of users on the website or app) are subject to a verification process according to internal criteria and key performance indicators. Therefore, Holidu reserves the right to refuse payment of commissions on cancelled and returned orders.
Validation will normally take place at the check-in date, which is normally on average around 90 days from the transaction and only valid last-click conversions will be remunerated. To fig In the event of a violation, the advertiser reserves the right to cancel all ongoing transactions until the violation is confirmed and to terminate the partnership without notice.
In the event of a violation of our terms and/or brand guidelines, the collaboration may be suspended.
