Exclusions
a) As a partner, you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, want to participate in the partner programme of "BRAX - Feel Good DE" and earn advertising revenue from BRAX for advertising successfully presented on your website.
b) The partner websites may not contain or describe content of the following type and may not be associated with or used in connection with such content:
- Pornography
- Depictions of violence (sexual violence, killing of people or animals)
- Discriminatory depictions of persons and/or insults
- Extremist, radical political or youth-endangering content
- Trivialisation or glorification of drugs and weapons
- Inappropriate use of language (sexualised language, coarse language, blasphemy, etc.).
c.) No Brand Bidding and SEA. We reserve the right to remove partners who engage in brand bidding from the programme and to cancel the corresponding sales.
