Our Terms and Conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to search engines, content networks and social networking ad placements.

In order to avoid any broadmatching issues, affiliates must add Hughes and hughes.co.uk as negative keywords in all paid search activity.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on misspells or variations of brand searches.

Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Hughes website, this includes using the Hughes website as a display URL.
Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder.

Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the Hughes Affiliate Team.
Voucher Code Policy
Affiliates generating sales associated with voucher codes not intended for their use or without Hughes' permission will have their sales being declined and ultimately programme suspension, if persistent.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise.
Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired will be suspended from the programme.
Please note anyone found contravening the T&C’s may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances Hughes reserve to right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these terms and conditions, refusing any commissions accrued from the activity.
