By purchasing Bare Kind Ltd products, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
Returns
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can request for a refund if you are not 100% happy with your order, and I will arrange for a free return (UK only) Please email hello@barekind.co.uk to request a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have ordered the wrong size we require you to send this item back and we can then send out the correct size. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at hello@barekind.co.uk.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY POLICY
Bare Kind Ltd. will not pass on any customer details to a third party without your permission. The data Bare Kind Ltd. collects is used to fulfil your order and for in-house marketing campaigns. This information is lawfully collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by the law, Bare Kind ltd. will not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in these circumstances:
- Losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
- Losses that were not caused by any breach of Bare Kind Ltd or their suppliers.
PAYMENT
Unless a credit account has been set up and approved, all payments are due before the items are dispatched. In cases of credit accounts, payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice. Bare Kind Ltd. reserves the right to withhold and suspend deliveries when a payment is overdue.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties unless for Bare Kind Business purposes.
PRICES The prices quoted on the website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notification and will only be made prior to contract. Delivery and credit card charges and any import duty incurred are additional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The pictures and descriptions on the website are a guide to the products Bare Kind td. supply. Bare Kind ltd tries to make these as accurate as possible but can not be held responsible for minor differences and inconsistencies.
