Only publishers authorised by BT are allowed to bid on BT brand terms. Bidding is prohibited by all other publishers through all paid search engines on the brand name BT or any phrases containing the brand name BT or that could be interpreted as such. This includes misspellings and variations of the brand name.
Those publishers who have been given permission to brand name bid may not use any BT official display URL in their listings i.e. www.bt.com, www.btbroadbandoffice.com , btbroadband.com etc. Should you require further information or guidance please contact BT or your Awin account manager.

Third Party Transaction Queries
Affiliates/Customers have a period of 90 days from the transaction date to query any Third-Party payment of commission, incentive, voucher, gift card and gift/credit with purchase (applies to orders which are tracked) or a period of 90 days from the validation date for orders which are untracked or managed through 3rd party systems or directly by BT.
